He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester "Pete" Scheierl and Alvina Scheierl (Albrecht); his half-brother Dennis Albrecht; and his sister-in-law Betty Albrecht. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepson Chris Torres (Weilan); his brother-in-law Larry Himes; his nieces, Sharon Albrecht-Quast (Richard) and Sandra Lambert (Dan); his great-niece Christina Quast; and also Kailin.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis Catholic Church (505 Burr St, Paynesville, MN 56362). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are preferred to Saint Louis Catholic Church in honor of Gary's memory.
