It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary L. Scheierl of Paynesville, Minnesota, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester "Pete" Scheierl and Alvina Scheierl (Albrecht); his half-brother Dennis Albrecht; and his sister-in-law Betty Albrecht. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his stepson Chris Torres (Weilan); his brother-in-law Larry Himes; his nieces, Sharon Albrecht-Quast (Richard) and Sandra Lambert (Dan); his great-niece Christina Quast; and also Kailin.

Memorials are preferred to Saint Louis Catholic Church in honor of Gary's memory.
