He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Valborg Lukason (Everson) and Palmer Bang Lukason. He is survived by: his children, David Lukason (Kelly) of Sartell, Michelle Shirley (William) of Clearwater, Robert Lukason (Carmen) of Otsego and Steven Lukason (Lindsey) of Sartell; and his sisters, Beulah Entner and Pauline Engh (Lee). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
