She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Thomas and Melvin Thomas; her husband Thurman; and her siblings, Audrey Proctor, Faye Longstreet, Clinton, Donald and Dennis Thomas.
She is survived by: her brother-in-law Richard Slack; Paul Slack (Barbara), Cynthia Lenz (Dave), David Slack (Mary), William Slack and Michael Slack (Lori). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
