It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene L. VanderBeek of Paynesville, Minnesota, who passed away on August 1, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Harding and Lilly Harding (Reins); her husband Gerrit VanderBeek; her son Brian; and her grandson Ryan Keller.

She is survived by: her children, Diane Keller (Mike) of Paynesville, Carol Spoden (Mark) of Richmond, Jeffery (Susan) of Eden Valley and Angela Braun (Justin) of Paynesville. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church (500 Business 23 W, Paynesville, MN 56362). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
