He is survived by: his wife Sharon Strootman; his sisters, Nancy Oman Ward and Sally Carlson; and his siblings-in-law, Jan Fuerst (Ralph) and Dan Strootman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
