She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Oliver and Evelyn Juliet Ness (Nelson); her husband Leon Wallace Tweeton; her son Wesley Dean Tweeton (Joan) of Pelican Rapids, MN; and her great grandchild Shawn Paul Thomas, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Elaine Fick (Rob) of Moorhead, MN, Eloise Carter (Paul) of Moorhead, MN, Bruce Tweeton (Lori) of Center Point, IA and Wayne Tweeton (Sue) of Marion, IA.; and her grandchildren, Melissa Olson (Eric), Jayleen Schell (Leonard), Melaina Maloney (Nick), Deanna Thomas, Shane Carter (Shariene), Kristoffer Carter (Melissa), Paul Carter, Brandon Tweeton (Amanda), Kelly Tweeton (Kristen), Leslie Behaunek (Luke), Landon Tweeton (Kelsey), Miranda Tweeton and Michaela Tweeton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM and on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A prayer will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Larson Funeral and Cremation Service (12 5th Ave NE, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (315 E Mill St, Pelican Rapids, MN 56572).
