He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Ronald; his siblings, Patrick Salokar and Amanda Madole; his grandparents, Thomas and Lillian Madole (Kudrna); and his uncle John Madole.
He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jean Madole (White); his wife Amber Madole; his children, Jasmine, Kenisha, Zoe and Carmine Madole; his siblings, Zelandra Van Treece, Andrea Martinez, Joshua, Gabriel and Jerrod Madole; and his nieces and nephews, Nicky Madole, Malik Van Treece, Jacob, Juan Martinez, Adrayella Curry, Jullian Maciel, Gracie, Amanda Martinez, Nate, Ambre and Llogan Salokar. He is also survived by many great-nieces and great-nephews, and numerous friends.
