He is survived by: his wife Betty Miller (Schwanke); and his children, Michael Miller (Pamela), Deborah Loberg (Bill), Daniel Miller and Sandy Evenson (Mike). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
