It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Jon Axness (Pelican Rapids, Minnesota), who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Axness and Frances Axness (Holt); and his sister Susan. He is survived by: his brother Tom (Conni); his nephews, Justin Axness (Rachel), Barnesville Joe Axness (Teri), Jay Axness (Samira) and Jesse Axness (Barbara); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jack, Allison, Samuel, Laura, Thea, Jens, Ole, Lena, Zahra, Emma and Cora; his uncle Wally Holt; and his aunt Geneva Adams (Holt).
