He was predeceased by: his parents, Niel Woltjer and Elise Woltjer (Ruchti); his daughter Pamela; and his siblings, Mel, Fred, Herman, Charles, Louis, Elzo, Trudy, Lorraine and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Gerry; and his children, Anita Kriegh of Duluth, Chester Jr. Woltjer (Rhonda) of Grand Junction, Tim Woltjer (Sherry) of Dell Rapids, Kristy Woltjer of Mahnomen and Neil Woltjer of Pennock. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, besides other relatives and friends.
