He is survived by: his wife Virgene; his children, Brent (Sara Jo), Brian (Carolyn) and Blair (Samantha); his grandchildren, Kai, Tessa, Hannah and Molly; his sister Karen Mayhew (Jerry); and his nieces, Renee and Alayne. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
