He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Knutsen and Kenneth Knutsen; his brother Douglas Knutsen; and his grandson Jonathan Raymond Kozlak. He is survived by: his wife Gail Knutsen; his sisters, Pamela Gromek (Tom) and Diana Carlson; his children, Eric Knutsen (Jenny), Andrea Kuechle (Tom) and Chris Kozlak (Janel); his nephew Scott Carlson; his grandchildren, Jacob Knutsen, Elizabeth Knutsen, Emersen Knutsen, Rachel Kuechle, Daniel Kuechle, Joseph Kozlak, Amanda Lefaive (Brandon), Victor Kozlak, Benton Kozlak and Brianna Kozlak; and his great grandchild London Knutsen.
