He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reger and Rose Reger (Herber); his wife Kay Nurmi; his sister Rose Mary Koplin; his brothers-in-law, Jim Koplin and Louie Reis; his nephews, Kenneth Koplin, Kevin Koplin and Timothy Reger; and his stepchildren, Bradley Nurmi and Roxanne Stanfield (Nurmi).
He is survived by: his daughter Crystal; and his siblings, Bernard (Mary Lou), Robert (Jo) and Mary Ann Reis. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
