Leonard John Schrandt Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2025, at the age of 92, Leonard John Schrandt of Perham, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Schrandt and Veronica Schrandt (Boltz); his wife Doreen Johnson; his siblings, Donald, Leroy, James, Thomas and Virginia; his father-in-law Melvin (Gladys Johnson); his brother-in-law Duane Johnson; and his stepfather Norbert Lorsung.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kathleen Calmus (Paul) and Mary Anderson (Bruce); his brothers, Paul and Robert of Kenosha, WI; and his stepsister Mary Jane Thompson. He is also survived by brother-in-law, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (202 Maple Ave W, Frazee, MN 56544). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (202 Maple Ave W, Frazee, MN 56544).
