It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Brasel of Perham, Minnesota, who passed away on September 7, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Lucille departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Lucille may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Lucille leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Borman and Selma Borman (Wolter); her husband Clarence Brasel; and her daughter Deborah Meyer. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia Verville (Kent) of Milaca, Minnesota and Lisa Huwe (Kevin) of Alexandria, Minnesota; and her son-in-law David Meyer of Aitkin, Minnesota. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
