He is survived by: his sons, Dan Brasel of Perham, MN and Joel Brasel (Mariela) of Elk City, OK; his granddaughters, Crystal, Ximena, Gena and Alexa; his siblings, Arlo Brasel (Sandy) of St. Cloud, MN, Eldon Brasel (Carol) of Perham, MN, Doris Jaakola of Perham, MN, Viola Lako of Fargo, ND, Noreen Selander of New York Mills, MN, Connie Bortle (Chuck) of Perham and Donna Siefert (Walter) of Perham, MN; his sisters-in-law, Linda Brasel of Perham, MN and Shirley Brasel of Perham, MN; and his close friend Cody Sazama.
