We are sad to announce that on September 17, 2025, at the age of 89, Phyllis Kugler of Perham, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Young and Ethel Young; and her former husband Stanley Genz. She is survived by: her husband Ron Kugler; her daughters, Pam Andersen (Roger), Becky Westhoff (John) and Theresa Ash (Scott); her brother Wally Young; and her siblings-in-law, June Ramey, Barb Harthun, Shirley Sem, Darlene Toso and Marlin Genz. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great Grandchildren.
