Frederick Sauer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frederick Sauer of Pierz, Minnesota, who passed away on April 23, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sauer and Christina Sauer (Heinen); his wife Marian Sauer; and his daughter Myrna Woitalla. He is survived by: his children, Gary Sauer of Little Falls, Allen Sauer (Ruth) of Breezy Point, Dale Sauer (Jodi) of Pierz, Dennis Sauer of Pierz, Connie Brandl (Jim) of Little Falls, Kathy Curlee (Jim) of Cook and Barbara Vilen (Todd) of Chapel Hill, NC; his sister Mary Lindberg of Duluth, MN; and his son-in-law Tim Woitalla of Tower, MN. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren.
Memorials are preferred to Holy Trinity Catholic Schools.
