He is survived by: his children, Annette O'Brien of Sauk Rapids, Jeffrey Pilapil of Pierz, Pamala Kay-Williams of Plymouth, Charles Gifford of Ironton, Larry Robert Gifford of Cushing, Rachel James (Leo) of Columbia Heights and Adam Gifford (Erica) of Cottage Grove; his brother Ray Gifford (Patience) of Cimarron, CO; and his grandchildren, Kyriann, Shannon, Shawn, Samantha, Chelsey, Caitlyn, Jacob, Junia, Lillian, Charlotte, Benjamin, Sequoia, Taio, Paz, Ruben and Rowan. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
