It is with sadness that the passing of Donald B. Weigel of Pillager, Minnesota is shared. Donald, born on October 1, 1935, passed away on October 20, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Weigel (Jack) and Charlett Weigel (Mittelstadt); his wife Marilyn Weigel; and his brother John Weigel (Bob). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Anderson of Baxter and Craig Weigel (Carol) of Pillager; his stepdaughters, Sharon Parker (Dan) and Carol Borden; his grandchildren, Lettie Williams, Lisa Shepard (Dan), Lyndsey Anderson, Taylor Anderson, Melanie Riordon and Gavin Weinfurtner (Lorna); his great grandchildren, Cory, Carson, Jack, Parker, Jeffrey and Jason; and his siblings, Alice Dickson (Merv) and Bill Weigel (Jane). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Motley Free Methodist Church (33 Wellwood St, Motley, MN 56466). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
