He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lee and Avis Lee (Gudim). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Lee; his children, LaVonne Clark (Chad), Samantha Lee (Brandon Pribyl) and Josh Lee (Kristina); his grandchildren, Cole Shake (Chelsea), Caitlyn Clark, Chloe Lee and Carter Lee; his great grandchildren, Oaklee Shake and Saylor Shake; and his siblings, Jack Lee (Char), Lori Dauphinais (Paul) and Dave Lee (Sheila). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
