She was predeceased by: her parents, William Jungers and Evelyn Jungers (Hanson); her husband Edward Shermer; her siblings, William'Junior'Jungers, Eileen DeRungs, Agnes Palach and Patricia Henkel; her parents-in-law, Frank Shermer and Evelyn Jacobson; and her siblings-in-law, Ione Shermer, Myron Shermer and Frank'Mike'Shermer.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Plasek (Joe) of Pine City, Troy Shermer (Wendy) of Pine City, Donna Haugen (Tim) of Zumbrota and Lori Irlbeck (Dustin) of Pine City; her grandchildren, Jennifer Plasek, Nikki Anderson (Luke), Amber Newman (Austin), Ashley Haugen (Kevin), Brandon Haugen, Brennen Shermer (Mollie), Blake Shermer (Emma), Lindsey Irlbeck, Karly Irlbeck and Brady Irlbeck; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Henderson of Pine City, Mary Shermer of Pine City and Carolyn Shermer of Siren, WI. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
