Larry Lee Nelson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Lee Nelson of Pine City, Minnesota, who passed away on January 10, 2026 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Nelson and Anita "Sparky" Nelson (Thomsen). He is survived by: his wife Louann Nelson; his children, Larry Lee Nelson (Heather), Jessie Nelson, Joshua Backus, Amber McConnell (Matt), Krista Hart (Roger), Kayla Wiehle (Jordan Hassing), Jennifer Peterson and Michelle Giese (Brian); his siblings, Everett Nelson (Cindy), Steve Nelson (Debbie), Jeff Nelson (Carol), John Nelson (Colleen), Bev Koland (Doug) and Dale Nelson; and his niece Gretchen. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
