She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Gilbertson and Clara Gilbertson (Haberstich); her husbands, David Johnson, Walton Kroeze and Kenneth Ashcroft; and her siblings, Harlan, Donnie, Roger and Marlys.

She is survived by: her children, Scot Ashcroft (Ginelle) of Alexandria, Dawn Ashcroft of Pine City and Christine Kroeze (Chuck) of South St; and her grandchildren, Ruby, Walton, Jeff, Jeremy, Amber, Chad and Thaddaeus. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
