It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lee Hill of Pine City, Minnesota, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peterson and Ruth Peterson (Brandt); her husband Calvin Hill; her children, Daniel Hill (Pam), Duane Hill (Faith) and Peggy Wasson (Richard); her great grandchild Deven Mettling; and her siblings, Merrill Peterson, Rolland Peterson, Nydia Roemhildt, Amy Arndt and June Fischer.
She is survived by: her son David Hill (Dorothy); her grandchildren, Jessica Gerenz (Brandon), Richard Wasson Jr. (Ashley), Callie Wasson (Jason), Jeremy Hill (Kristi), James Hill (Michelle), Jared Hill (Britty), Patty Lawson (Scott), Michele Keil (John), Krista Mustazza (Jason) and Emily Teeman (Jason); and her great grandchildren, Tucker, Breckin, Boden, Jasie, Kody, Kaley, Brooklynn, Braelin, James, Caleb, Connor, Greta, Elsie, Bryson, Elijah, Abby, David, Lucy, Reed, Margaret and Dominic.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Swanson Funeral Chapel (665 3rd Ave SW, Pine City, MN 55063). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
