He is survived by: his wife Jan Watrin of Pine City; his children, Kim Dickey (Dale) of Pine City and Dan Watrin (Becky) of Sandstone; and his siblings, Marita Haberman, Dave Watrin (Alice), Steve Watrin (Kathy) and Joe Watrin (Kathy). He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Methven Funeral and Cremation Services (114 5th St, Sandstone, MN 55072). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Catholic Church (118 Commercial Ave N, Sandstone, MN 55072).
