He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Scripture and Donna Scripture (Stark); and his wife Lois Jean. He is survived by: his children, David (Teresa) and Anne Daly (Ryan); his grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Joshua, Rebekah Scripture, Natalie and Alayna Daly; and his sister Linda Nelson (Richard).

Memorials are preferred to the Ronald McDonald House.
