He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan Hames and Carol Hames (Ross). He is survived by: his wife Joni Brooks; his children, Marisa and Justin (Jessica); his grandson Nicholas; his siblings, Rhonda Johnson, Judy Twaddle (Ron), Curt Hames (Melissa) and Michelle Hames; and his friend Steve Bjergum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
