She was predeceased by : her parents, Sylvia Kubat (Wencl) and Albert Kubat; her children, Sean D. and Shannon M.; and her siblings, Robert, Kenneth and Margaret.

She is survived by : her husband Gary; her grandchildren, Avery and Kit; and her siblings, Theresa Gladen, Cecilia Jones (Greg), Louise Jones (Robert), James Kubat, William Kubat (Pam), Thomas Kubat (Becky), Andrew Kubat (Dona), Raymond Kubat and Patrick Kubat.
