David Nelson Obituary

We announce the death of David Nelson in Pine River, Minnesota, who passed away on September 5, 2026, at the age of 91. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Nelson and Lucille Nelson (Peacock); his wife Ardella; his son Jeff; his grandchildren, Alex and Cheyanne; and his great grandchild Isaac.

He is survived by: his children, Terri (Rick), Todd (Traci), Kory (Deanna) and Chad (Lisa); and his brothers, Ray (Lucille) and Lynn (Kathy).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Log Church (37218 Co Rd 66, Crosslake, MN 56442). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
