We bid farewell to Duane DeCroock of Pipestone, Minnesota, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 25, 2025 at the age of 82. Duane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Art DeCroock and Delain DeCroock (Lauwagie); and his sister Janice Stordahl. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Barry Backer of Sioux Falls, SD; his children, Brent DeCroock (Tammy) of Farmington, MN, Darren DeCroock of Taylors, SC and Cherie Kindt (Bryce) of Garretson, SD; his stepsons, Kevin Backer (Georgia) of Brandon, SD, Keith Backer (Diane) of Brandon, SD and Kurt Backer (Kristan) of Sioux Falls, SD; his sister-in-law Maureen Barry; and his nieces, Susan Cowles and Patty Winter. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren & six great-grandchildren.
