She was predeceased by : her parents, Gertrude Mae Cunningham (Miller) and Charles Leon Cunningham; her children, Allen Mark and Elizabeth Belew; her brothers, David and Mark; and her stepfather Robert Worden.
She is survived by : her brother Daniel; her husband Les; her children, Debra Schroeder (John), Amy Mernik (Mark) and Christopher Everett; her grandchildren, Gerika, Jayden, Jennifer, Ciara, Brittany, Mason, Jordan, Zach, Elly, Mark, Maggie and Brandon; and her great grandchildren, Raylea, Gabriel, Abigail, Kadyn, Avery, Jackson, Hailey, Elise, Phoebe, Joshua, Mikah, Aislyn, Josiah, Jayden, Alayna, Caden and Cole.
