It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Yseth (Pipestone, Minnesota), who passed away on August 18, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Frederick Yseth and Dorothy Yseth (Kelley); his grandson Blake Edwin Olsen; his sister Katie Leland; his parents-in-law, Leo and Emily Burke; and his siblings-in-law, Gwen Yseth, Robert Vondrosek, Tom Burke (Gwen) and Tom Walsch (Jean).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Mark Yseth (Leslee) of Ham Lake, MN, Jane Wischer (Brian) of The Villages, FL, Matthew Yseth (Cathy) of Alexandria, MN, Steve Yseth (Mary Lea) of Watertown, SD, Anne Twomey (Gene Beck) of Austin, TX, Tim Yseth (Nicole) of Brookings, SD, Mary Lapthorn (Edwin) of Pipestone and Nancy Yseth Olsen of Hendricks, MN; his siblings, Sue Vondrosek of Northfield, MN, Jeanine Totall (Jerry) of Bloomington, MN and Thomas Yseth of Brookings; and his caregiver Bridget Benz. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
