He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Smith and Clara Smith (Krusmark); and his grandson Michael. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Smith; his daughter Lisa Hildebrandt (John); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Stephanie and Andrew.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (45 W Broadway, Plainview, MN 55964). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
