He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lois Tlougan (Mussell) and Kenneth Tlougan; his daughter Ashley Gardner (Richard Bublitz); and his siblings, Ben, Kevin, Alia, Owen, Greg Tlougan, Carol Marshman and Gwen Ahern. He was also cherished by 19 nieces and nephews and their 34 children.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the Plainview American Legion.
