She was predeceased by : her parents, John Sloan and Ruth Sloan (Pilgrim); her brothers, John Sloan (Dorine), Ernie Sloan (Donna), Glen Sloan (Valrie) and Lynn Sloan (Eileen); and her son Jeff "Odie" Wehrs.

She is survived by : her husband Lyle Wehrs; her children, David (Bobbi) of Estes Park, CO, Richard (Liz) of Peoria, IL, Ruth (Jim Nock) of Rochester, MN, Heather of Wausau, WI, Janet Timm (Glenn) of Millville, MN and Jeri of Plainview, MN.; and her grandchildren, Teresa (Steve), Kate (Brandon), Eric, Tim (Leah), James (Amy), April (Woodie), Seth (Samantha), Nina, Brad, Jeff, Justine, Jasmine and Carson. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Immanuel Lutheran Church and School, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (stjude.org) , ASPCA., or Donor's choice.
