She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Groothuis and Adela Groothuis (Ahlbrecht); her husband Arnold Burdorf of Savior's Lutheran Church; her brother Randolph Groothuis; her in-laws, Paul and Helen Burdorf; her siblings-in-law, Irma Beebe, Lois Budach (Warren), Ester Trebelhorn (Ben), Wilmer Dammann (Lillian), Wilbert Burdorf and Jimmie Huitt; and her nieces, Sandy Budach and Carrie Huitt.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Lindstrom of Chaska, MN, Lori Lemke (Gregg) of Plato, MN, Brenda Woehler (Gerald) of Arlington, MN and Wendy Scheidt (Scott) of Glencoe, MN; her grandchildren, Charlene Hall (Michael) of Weatherford, TX, Cheryl Lindstrom of Eau Claire, WI, Patrick Lindstrom (Jeanette) of Willmar, MN, Shawn Lemke of Hanover, MN, Josh Lemke (Emily) of Watertown, MN, Kim Hahn of Gaylord, MN and Matt Woehler of Arlington, MN; her great grandchildren, Hunter Hall, Justin Hall, Ariel Hetrick, Alekxander Hetrick (Phoebe Marum), Mason Lemke, Noah Lemke and Elijah Lemke; her great great grandchildren, Salem Olson and Hudson Hetrick; and her siblings-in-law, Norma Scott of San Antonio, TX, Lorraine Huitt of Glencoe, MN, Cathy Burdorf of New Ulm, MN, Jim Beebe of Naugatuck, CT and Margaret Groothuis of Pillager, MN. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Other Relatives.

A memorial gathering will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Emanuel Lutheran Church (18175 County Rd 50, Hamburg, MN 55339). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
