With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn Roelofs of Preston, Minnesota, who passed away on August 21, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Mensink and Eva Mensink (Termaat); her husband Lowell Roelofs; and her brothers, Wendell, Royce, Lyall and Elwyn.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Roelofs (Anne) of Cresco, IA, Brian Roelofs (Suzanne) of Lanesboro, MN and Brent Roelofs of Preston, MN; her grandchildren, Jen Milosevich (Chad), Jake Roelofs (Karley), Sam Roelofs, Lauren Roelofs, Garrett Roelofs (Ciara) and Hayden Roelofs; her great grandchildren, Madison and Morgan Milosevich; her brother Loyal Mensink (Alayna); and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Mensink, Cleo Mensink, Caroline Mensink and Charlene Mensink. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
