Richard MacGregor Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Richard MacGregor (Preston, Minnesota), born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, whose life came to an end on July 19, 2025 at the age of 87, leaving behind cherished memories. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas MacGregor and Esther MacGregor (Nezerka); and his brother William "Bill". He is survived by: his wife Ellen May Bakke; his children, Debra Hagstrom (Paul) of Clinton, NY, Brian MacGregor (Heidi) of Byron, MN and Mike MacGregor (Melissa) of Urbandale, IA; his grandchildren, Anna Hagstrom (Studie RedCorn), Peter Hagstrom-Russo (Audrey), Nathan Hagstrom (Caitlyn), Kathryn Padgett (Jordan), Thomas MacGregor (Lindzy), Madeline MacGregor (AJ Tabatabai), Alex MacGregor, Aidan MacGregor and Drew MacGregor; and his great grandchildren, Isla, Myra Padgett and Parker Tabatabai.
