He was predeceased by: his mother Gloria Nelson; and his stepfather Jon Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Holm; his children, Montgomery Holm (Kelly) and Cassandra Koran (AJ); and his siblings, Shannon Nelson, Vickie Nelson (Bob), Rick Nelson (Cathy), Jeffrey Nelson (Jay) and Jerry Nelson (Carrie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
