He is survived by: his wife Janelle; his children, Laurel Loukusa (Mitch), Meren Parks (Carter), Laif Huhta (Amber), Livie Hillukka (Russell), Rylie Strand (Josh), Soren, Kiri and Bree; his grandchildren, Hazel, Adria, Elsie, Cameron, Ingrid and Vincent; his siblings, Ernest, Jr. (Martha), Kevin (Stephanie), Andy (Barb), Steve (Nancy), Peter (Greta), Paul (Beth) and Miriam Huhta Dozier; and his parents-in-law, Raino and Sarah Niemela. He is also survived by siblings-in-law; and nieces and nephews.
