He is survived by: his wife Judy Anderson; his sons, David Jr. (Marnie) and Dan (Michelle); his brother Clifford (Marge); and his grandchildren, Amanda, Jared, Abby and Ty. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
