He is survived by: his wife Barbara "Joy" Johnson; his children, Michael Chollett (Dayle), Michele Schleeter and Jon Chollett (Sherri); his grandchildren, Christopher, J. P., Gene, William Schleeter and Nicole Kappes (Mike); his great grandchildren, Steven Schleeter, Jordan and Destiny Kappes; his great great grandchildren, Hazel Marie Madsen and Macy Schleeter; his stepchildren, Mark Johnson (Dea) and Nancy House (Harold); his stepgrandchildren, Daniel House, Brooke and Tanner Johnson; and his siblings, Edward Chollett (Virginia), June Steffen, Merle Chollett (Pat) and Donna Mills (Dwight). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
