She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Jamiolkowski and Viola Jamiolkowski (Perzichilli); and her grandson Cameron Bartone. She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Gina, Tammy (Jon), Ken Jr. (Amy) and April (Brandon); and her sister Terri Swanson. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
