He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorimer Torgerson and Irene Torgerson (Holt); his wife Marie Mobraten; his children, Daniel, Matthew, Bradley and Jill; his granddaughter Patsy; his siblings, Cynthia Estenson, Sonia Franze, Grant Torgerson and Lorilee Mundfrom; and his brothers-in-law, Virgil "Bud" Estenson and John Mundfrom.
He is survived by: his children, Tim (Carol), Kevin (Lori) of Stewartville and Carrie Torgerson-Grammond (Jay) of Princeton; his daughters-in-law, Frani Torgerson (Daniel) and Leisha Torgerson (Bradley); his grandchildren, Britta (Mike), Nicholas (Alison), Marissa (Antonio), Erik (Emily), Brian (Kristin), Gunnar (Katie), Athyna, George (Meadow), Joseph (Emily) and Violet; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell Franze and Sharon Torgerson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (111 6th Ave N, Princeton, MN 55371). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials preferred to Trinity Lutheran Church of Princeton and Princeton Future Farmers of America (FFA).
