He is survived by: his significant other Laura Peterson; his siblings, Randie Horn of Richfield, MN, Rickie Horn (Desi) of Wascott, Ronnie Horn of Superior, Reed Horn of Forest Lake and Rhonda Horn of Superior; his siblings' children, Aaron, Abby and Brandon Horn; his stepchildren, Jayme Ratasky and Stephanie Jackson; and his stepgrandchildren, Tyler and Arlee Ratasky.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Downs Life Celebration Center (1902 N 34th St, Superior, WI 54880).
