She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Brouwer and Angelina Brouwer (Knoll); her husband Herman Marcus; her children-in-law, Floyd Schneck and LaVerna Marcus; her granddaughter Barb Bond; her great grandchild Benjamin Marcus; her great great grandchild Grayson Faber; and her siblings, Harlan Brouwer (Rose), Adeline Groen (Ben) and Albertha Roelofs (Reynold).
She is survived by: her children, Doris Schneck of Willmar and Clinton Marcus of Willmar; her grandchildren, Laurie Duininck (Kim) of Prinsburg, Bryan Schneck (Kelly) of Willmar, Lynn Henning (Rick) of Roseland, Darwin Marcus (Karen) of Renville, Paula Lourens (Kevin) of Hospers and Kyle Marcus (Kris) of Delano; her grandson-in-law Jeff Bond (Penni) of Prinsburg; her brother Mel Brouwer (Kathy) of Willmar; and her sister-in-law Henrietta Swart of Prinsburg. She is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren and their spouses; forty-two great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the First Christian Reformed Church (106 6th St, Prinsburg, MN 56281). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
