He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pavek and Matilda Pavek (Novak); and his brothers, Arnold Pavek (Marion), Arnost Pavek and Arthur Pavek (Caroline).
He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his daughters, Deb Smith (Riley) of Siren, WI and Patty Pavek of Prior Lake; his grandsons, Jason Kes and Andy Kes (Theresa Halicki); and his sister-in-law Lorraine Pavek.
