She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Skari and Arlene Skari (Anderson); and her brother Randy. She is survived by: her husband Steve Holweger of Prior Lake, MN; her children, Anna Klatt (Shayne) of Medina, MN, Chris Holweger of Prior Lake, MN and Amy Moreland (Andrew) of Barnesville, MN; her grandchildren, Karly Klatt, Kayla Klatt and Abigail Moreland; her sister Cheryl Swangler (Rich) of Grand Forks, ND; and her mother-in-law Barb McPherson of Prescott Valley, AZ.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In Charlene's memory, the family is planning to donate a park bench to be placed in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area in lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to this park bench.
