He is survived by: his wife Arlene Weinelt; his children, Mark Olson (Annie), Lisa Muelken (Dan), Gregg Olson (Jan), Gary Olson (Lori) and Debra Olson (Bill); his grandchildren, Danielle, Drew (Kayla), Ryan (Maya), Jordan (Megan), Alex, Lydia, Brittney (Fritj), Elizabeth (Aaron), Jamie, Lexi and Jami; his great grandchildren, Jack, Charlee, Eleanor and Levi; and his siblings-in-law, Ruby Olson, Jim Weinelt (Ginny) and Bob Weinelt (Shirley). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
